🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple client vacancies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary candidate interviews, and coordinate hiring manager schedules.
• Handle high-volume recruitment requirements while meeting tight hiring deadlines.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory prior experience working within a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven background in end-to-end sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Strong communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join promptly.
