Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic real estate marketing plans and brand positioning.
• Plan property marketing campaigns, off-plan launches, and digital promotional activities.
• Generate qualified investor leads via social media ads, property portals, and digital channels.
• Oversee production of brochures, investor decks, video content, and campaign assets.
• Coordinate property exhibitions, investor events, and sales activation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, cost-per-lead metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
• Ensure all marketing collateral complies strictly with RERA and DLD advertising guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of dedicated marketing experience within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proven track record in digital campaign management, lead generation, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) advertising rules.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven professional based in the UAE.
