🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate policy onboarding, member additions, deletions, and endorsements.
• Handle medical reimbursement claims and pre-approval requests efficiently.
• Coordinate between corporate clients, insurance underwriters, and TPAs.
• Maintain accurate operational records and policy data within internal ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) regulations and health authorities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in medical insurance operations within the UAE market.
• Prior experience working within an insurance brokerage environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, claim adjudication, and CBUAE guidelines.
• Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
