Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare financial reports, perform account reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
• Process company payroll while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Support regulatory compliance by adhering to AML policies and UAE financial regulations.
• Assist with specialized real estate accounting activities and timely reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated UAE accounting experience within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, AML requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and property accounting.
• Must currently be based in the UAE with immediate joining availability.
