Job Description:

The Business Development Specialist will expand freight forwarding accounts, sell land/sea/air freight and warehousing solutions, and close deals in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with corporate logistics clients.
• Promote company solutions including air, sea, land freight, and cold-storage warehousing.
• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate freight agreements, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations teams to maintain high service quality standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Demonstrated business development experience in UAE freight forwarding and logistics.
• Valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory.
• Existing corporate client network within Dubai/UAE is highly preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred; strong sales negotiation skills required.
• Solid understanding of land, sea, and air freight operational processes.
