🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices with required supporting documents.
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and receiving logs.
• Record invoices and payment transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Monitor supplier balances and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Prepare payment vouchers, coordinate bank transfers, and assist with VAT documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts payable; enthusiastic fresh graduates may apply.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP procedures.
