Job Description:

The Storekeeper will manage site materials, issue tools, record GRNs/Delivery Notes, and perform physical stock reconciliations for villa projects in Dubai. Discover further construction roles on our construction jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming construction materials and equipment on site.
• Maintain accurate stock records for civil, MEP, and finishing building materials.
• Issue materials and power tools against approved site requests and maintain signed logs.
• Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs), Delivery Notes, and Material Issue documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and coordinate with Procurement and Site Engineers.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper on construction sites in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of civil, MEP, structural, and finishing building materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting formats.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and site communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
