🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-charge accounting operations for real estate brokerage and management functions.
• Calculate and process broker commissions, developer deal settlements, and escrow accounts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax laws, and financial rules.
• Prepare monthly trial balances, management reports, and financial performance audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory accounting experience within the Dubai real estate or property brokerage sector.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws, Corporate Tax rules, and real estate deal structures.
• Proficiency in specialized accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently; immediate availability is preferred.
