🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setting out and site surveying activities for construction projects.
• Conduct levelling and as-built surveys to guarantee exact project accuracy.
• Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and auto level surveying equipment.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate survey data with site teams.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with project specifications.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven surveying experience on residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Immediate availability to join in Riyadh.
