🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new construction business opportunities and build contractor relationships.
• Promote passive fire protection, firestopping, waterproofing, and floor coating lines.
• Provide engineering-based technical guidance and product solutions to clients.
• Prepare commercial quotations, submit technical submittals, and close sales.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of technical B2B sales experience in UAE building materials.
• Mandatory valid UAE driving license.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and passive fire systems.
