🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all Human Resources operations across multi-facility healthcare networks.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government portal policies.
• Manage Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and government portal compliance platforms.
• Oversee medical recruitment, compensation, payroll, and healthcare staffing licenses.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience (hospital/healthcare preferred).
• Expert knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic with strong English communication capabilities.
