Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations, staff performance, and hygiene standards within our facilities network in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Monitor and train cleaning and housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections for quality control.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with facilities and admin teams.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years’ experience in housekeeping supervision/management.
- Experience in facilities management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams & operations.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
