Deliver exceptional human-centered primary care through a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in an innovative in-office and virtual care environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits as required.
• Collaborate continuously with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office medical procedures.
• Leverage data and technology to improve patient outcomes and clinical delivery.

🔹 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas.
• Board Certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or related primary care specialty.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and technology integration.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
