Job Description:

The Temporary Overnight Retail Team Member will support store remodeling projects, truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery to ensure store presentation standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) set processes for store remodels.
• Execute merchandise recovery, return processing, and general store organization.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) orders.
• Adhere to safety programs, company standard operating procedures, and store policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift heavy boxes.
• Ability to access high shelves by ladder and work overnight/flexible remodel hours.
