Job Description:

The Counter Staff will be the front-facing representative of the exchange house, responsible for accurately handling customer transactions and providing exceptional service across various financial services offered by Al Fuad Exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers with money transfers, foreign exchange, and related services.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily transaction records and reports.

Requirements:

• Finance Graduate is required.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
