Job Description:

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, driving sales and rental transactions, building client relationships, and ensuring all deals comply with RERA regulations and company standards in the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market and manage a portfolio of sales and rental properties.
• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships to close high-end deals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions.
• Negotiate sales contracts and rental agreements effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License and personal car are mandatory.
• Must possess an Active RERA Card.
• Minimum 10 Rental and 10 Sales properties portfolio in hand is required.
• Strong passion, networking skills, and a drive to close high-value deals.
