Kofteci Group is dedicated to delivering genuine Middle Eastern dining experiences in Dubai. We are hiring multiple culinary positions—Chef De Partie, Demi Chef De Partie, and Commis Chef (I / II / III)—to join our passionate and dynamic hospitality team and support growing kitchen operations.
Job Description:
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic chefs with a strong command of Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Turkish, and Arabic BBQ cuisines. The roles involve contributing technical expertise, creativity, and a deep appreciation for authentic flavors and traditional cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure food portions, presentation, and quality are consistent at all times.
- Support senior chefs with menu development and food trials when required.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations within the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of grilling, roasting, and Arabic BBQ techniques.
- Passion for authentic cuisine and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant professional training.
- Immediate availability preferred — food trial will be held in Jumeirah 3.
