Artha Realty LLC, a boutique Dubai brokerage known for curated listings and a results-driven culture, is expanding its Secondary Market Sales team. We are seeking motivated agents to manage resale and ready properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Al Furjan.

Job Description:

The Secondary Market Agent will be responsible for managing ready and resale inventory in specific high-growth communities, providing expert guidance, negotiating offers, and helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resale and ready-to-move inventory in JVC & Al Furjan, including handling exclusive listings.
  • Source and qualify leads, then schedule and conduct professional property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions while advising clients on pricing and market movement.
  • Provide clients with clear investment guidance and up-to-date market insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Dubai’s secondary market is mandatory.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA card (or willingness to obtain both) are required.
  • Strong communication, customer-care, and closing skills.
  • Energetic, target-oriented attitude with the drive to grow your client base.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
