Enrollme HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive for one of its clients—a leading supplier in the building materials and ceramics industry in Dubai. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of the UAE construction market.

Job Description:

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling the company’s range of ceramics, tiles, and sanitaryware, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project clients to drive business growth.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of ceramics, tiles, and sanitaryware products across the UAE market.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations and quotations tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in ceramics, tiles, or sanitaryware within the UAE.
• Proven network with contractors, consultants, and project clients is highly valued.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
