We are a leading real estate firm in Dubai looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. This full-time role suits a confident, discreet professional who thrives under pressure and has prior experience working in the UAE—ideally within the real estate sector.

Job Description:

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing complex scheduling, communication flow, document preparation, and project follow-up to ensure seamless operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate with property consultants, internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and proofread business presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Monitor and triage emails and phone calls, prioritizing items that require the CEO’s attention.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing projects and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize company events, client meetings, and other office-related activities as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide personal assistance tasks for the CEO when needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant PA or executive support experience in the UAE.
  • Prior exposure to the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and confident interpersonal manner.
