Job Description:

The Accountant will be responsible for key financial functions within the firm, including managing accounts, performing reconciliations, and preparing for monthly financial closures, ensuring all reporting aligns with standards specific to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and perform monthly financial closures.
• Ensure all accounting records, transactions, and reports comply with established principles and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and routine financial reports for management review.
• Utilize accounting software effectively to maintain accurate and organized financial data.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must be fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used accounting software.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be preferred.
