Job Description:

The Radiology Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring full compliance with DHA regulations and radiation safety protocols. This role involves supervising staff and maintaining high standards for imaging quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, radiation safety guidelines, and internal quality assurance protocols.
• Supervise and mentor radiology staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain high standards for imaging quality, patient care, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate with other clinical departments to support diagnostic services and patient needs.

Requirements:

• DHA License is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of radiology experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role within the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of radiation safety, QA protocols, and modern imaging equipment.
• Diploma or Degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or related field preferred.
