About the Clinic:
KANDINSKY CLINIC is a multidisciplinary medical centre situated in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), conveniently located next to the metro. We are expanding our team and seeking a professional Administrator to support daily clinic operations and patient care logistics.
Job Description:
The Administrator will be the professional face of the clinic, responsible for managing the front-desk environment, ensuring smooth patient flow, handling scheduling, processing payments, and performing essential routine administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize patient flow and manage logistics inside the clinic.
- Schedule and confirm appointments across services and practitioners.
- Provide clear guidance to patients on available services and pricing.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Process payments and handle basic billing tasks.
- Assist patients with completing forms and documentation.
- Perform other routine administrative duties to support clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Polite, friendly, and professional manner when interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to think quickly and handle tasks under pressure; resilient to stress.
- Previous experience in medical administration is an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Reception, or related field preferred.
