Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi, UAE | PPJ Solutions (Facility Management)

Role Summary:

PPJ Solutions is looking for energetic Sales Executives to join our team in Abu Dhabi to drive B2B business development, build client relationships, and win new contracts. Immediate starters will be given priority.

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will focus on driving new business acquisition, particularly targeting clients for facility management or related service contracts. This role requires proactivity in B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B business development and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Actively prospect and win new contracts for facility management services.
• Prepare professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
• Utilize company-provided transport for marketing and client visits across Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales and proven ability to close business is preferred.
• Background in facility management or related service industries is a strong advantage.
• Candidates on Own Visa/EID, Cancelled Visa, or Visit Visa are welcome.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
