Job Description:
The Telephone Operator Agent will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing communications, acting as a crucial link between guests and various hotel departments, and ensuring seamless communication experiences while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a courteous tone at all times.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests and callers.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to relay messages efficiently and ensure quick guest assistance.
- Maintain accurate call logs and message records in compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling guest information or internal communications.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar position within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple calls or tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Familiarity with hotel switchboard systems and communication tools preferred.
