Head Hostess – Dubai, UAE | Salvaje Dubai (Luxury Dining)

About the Role:

Salvaje Dubai is seeking an experienced and polished Head Hostess to lead the front-of-house team. You will be the first and last point of contact for our exclusive clientele, responsible for creating an exceptional arrival and departure experience in our luxury dining and nightlife setting.

Job Description:

The Head Hostess will oversee the flow of guests, manage reservations alongside the Reservations Agent, lead the Hostess team, and maintain the aesthetic and professional standards of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the Hostess team to ensure the highest standards of presentation and service.
• Oversee guest welcoming, seating arrangements, and efficient table turnover.
• Collaborate closely with the management and reservation team to manage dining capacity and flow.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions, and manage any front-of-house challenges with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hostess, preferably Head Hostess, in luxury dining, hospitality, or nightlife settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills suitable for luxury service environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be immediate joiners (preferred).
