Reservations Agent – Dubai, UAE | Salvaje Dubai (Luxury Dining)

About the Role:

Salvaje Dubai is seeking a professional and highly organized Reservations Agent to manage all incoming booking inquiries. You will play a vital role in optimizing seating capacity and delivering exceptional pre-arrival guest services for our luxury dining and nightlife venue.

Job Description:

The Reservations Agent will handle high volumes of booking requests, ensure accurate input into the reservation system, manage cancellations and modifications, and provide accurate, polished communication to guests regarding availability and venue policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize reservation management software to optimize dining capacity and flow.
• Provide clear and polite guidance to guests regarding seating policies, availability, and specific event details.
• Liaise with the Head Hostess and Management team regarding VIP bookings and special requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or nightlife reservations is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for handling discerning clientele.
• High attention to detail and proficiency with reservations software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms).
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be immediate joiners (preferred).
