Job Description:
The Front Office Supervisor will lead and motivate the front office staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of guest service. A key requirement is proficiency in the Opera system for managing reservations and check-in/out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate front office staff to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service.
- Oversee daily operations, including check-in/out, room allocations, and managing guest services efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Ensure all procedures comply with hotel standards and that staff are proficient in the Opera system.
- Manage various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous coverage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel front-office role is required.
- Opera system experience is a must.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
- Strong guest service orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
