About the Role:

🚨 Hiring Alert! – Al Jaber Exchange is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for supporting a compliant and people-focused work environment while managing key HR functions.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be the hands-on support for core HR operations, including managing the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding), ensuring payroll and benefits administration is accurate, and driving compliance with UAE labor regulations, including Emiratization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Oversee payroll, visa processing, and administration of employee benefits.
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy clarifications to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
  • Maintain HR records with high accuracy and prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Facilitate Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven HR operations experience within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
