About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and customer-focused Experienced Waiter to join the Saadiyat Rotana team in Abu Dhabi! If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and follow hygiene/safety protocols consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure.
• A positive, customer-first attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Russian or Arabic is an advantage.
