RCM Submission Officer – Dubai, UAE | HealthBay Clinics (Healthcare/Medical Billing)

About the Role:

HealthBay Clinics is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Submission Officer to support our billing and claims team in Dubai. This motivated professional will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the critical revenue cycle process within our healthcare facility.

Role Summary:

The RCM Submission Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of medical insurance claims using e-claim platforms like eClaimLink and manual channels, with a strong focus on tracking, denial management, and compliance with DHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit medical insurance claims accurately via both e-claim platforms and manual channels.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare standards and payer-specific policies.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on all submitted claims—particularly focusing on rejections or denials.
• Work collaboratively with billing, coding, and front-desk departments to maintain accurate documentation.
• Generate and maintain periodic reports related to claim status, rejections, and revenue tracking.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in RCM or medical billing within a UAE-based clinic or hospital.
• Strong working knowledge of DHA and eClaimLink insurance systems.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding standards.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate Joining Preferred.
