About the Role:

Berkeley UAE is looking for an experienced Soft Service Manager to lead and oversee soft services for a major project in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on managerial role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and budget control skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and site presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

The Soft Service Manager will strategically plan, execute, and supervise essential support activities (cleaning, landscaping, pest control), manage the project-based team, oversee external vendors to meet SLAs, and ensure all operations strictly comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise soft services activities including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.
• Lead project-based teams: recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage staff performance.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all soft service operations.
• Prepare regular reports on service delivery, performance metrics, and operational issues for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of demonstrable experience managing soft services, preferably within project-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Strong vendor coordination and contract-management skills.
• Track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
• Ready to join immediately.
