About the Role:

We are hiring a Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our professional team at Status Real Estate in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with international clients in one of the most dynamic property markets in the world, advising on off-plan developments, resale units, and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for engaging with Russian-speaking clients, providing expert property advice across all segments (off-plan, secondary, rental), conducting viewings, leading negotiations, and successfully closing transactions to achieve high sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Russian-speaking buyers, sellers, and tenants across Dubai.
• Provide expert advice on property options, including off-plan, resale, and rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close transactions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s latest property trends and market updates.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English is required (Arabic is a plus).
• Previous experience in real estate within Dubai preferred (secondary or off-plan experience is a plus).
• RERA license or readiness to obtain one.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated.
