Key Responsibilities:

The Waiter / Waitress will execute service protocols to the highest standard, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency, and maintain a proactive and intuitive approach to guest service, anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Experience with Michelin or star-rated restaurants preferred.
• Strong understanding of Italian, French, or Mediterranean service traditions.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• A proactive and intuitive approach to guest service.
