About the Opportunity:

Join the team at Roberto’s, a globally recognized name in fine dining, located in the heart of DIFC, Dubai. We are seeking efficient and dedicated F&B Runners to support our service team in delivering world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

The F&B Runner will ensure the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the guest tables, assist the service staff with table maintenance and station setup, and contribute to the smooth flow of the dining service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the guest tables.
• Assist the service team with clearing tables, resetting sections, and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent physical stamina, speed, and precision in handling service ware.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and teamwork.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
