About the Role:

Join Airtics Education, one of the region’s fastest-growing EdTech organizations specializing in globally accredited Master’s and Doctorate programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. We are seeking a motivated Education Counsellor / Sales Executive to guide students toward their academic goals and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

The Education Counsellor will engage prospective students across various platforms, provide tailored academic counselling on specialized Master’s and Doctorate programs, manage leads using CRM tools, and proactively convert inquiries to admissions to meet challenging monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails to understand their educational aspirations.
• Provide academic counselling and guidance on Master’s, Doctorate, and certification programs.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission goals through proactive lead management and conversion.
• Maintain accurate and updated student and lead information using CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• At least one year of proven experience in the EdTech or education sales industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with prospective students.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
