About the Role:

Luxury Hub Properties LLC, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. If you have solid accounting knowledge, great analytical skills, and mandatory UAE experience—this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

The Accountant will handle daily accounting transactions, post accurate journal entries, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare monthly/annual financial statements and reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with UAE accounting standards and financial regulations.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with UAE accounting standards.
• Support management reporting and internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
