Internal Audit Associate (Mid–Junior Level) – Dubai, UAE | TRC PAMCO Middle East

About the Role:

TRC PAMCO Middle East is seeking a graduate with a strong analytical mindset and keen interest in internal audit, controls, and process documentation to join our team in Dubai. The Internal Audit Associate will assist in audit testing, data compilation, and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

The Internal Audit Associate will assist in audit fieldwork and control testing, document process workflows and evidence, support the drafting of SOPs and audit reports, and perform reconciliations, basic analytical reviews, and control validations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in audit fieldwork, data gathering, and control testing.
• Document process workflows, observations, and supporting evidence.
• Support the team in drafting and formatting SOPs and audit reports.
• Maintain audit trackers, follow-up on open points, and coordinate with process owners.
• Perform reconciliations, basic analytical reviews, and control validations.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit evidence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of internal audit principles and process documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional audit environment.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
