About the Role:

A global leader in destination design and cultural experiences is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Dubai and support a highly creative, multicultural workforce across locations. This strategic role requires a focus on aligning HR initiatives with complex business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, lead full-cycle recruitment and talent retention, manage performance and employee development, provide HR guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution, and oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance across various locations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and creative culture.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Manage performance, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote engagement, inclusivity, and staff well-being.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance across locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR management experience, ideally in a creative or global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE employment law.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.
