About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator / Administrator to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a background in finance or accounting, ready to manage administrative tasks efficiently while supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Coordinator / Administrator will manage essential administrative tasks efficiently, support the finance team with operational duties, and ensure proactive management of day-to-day coordination requirements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and coordination tasks efficiently and proactively.
- Provide essential operational support to the finance and/or banking team.
- Handle documentation, scheduling, and general office management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Current residency in Dubai is required.
- Prior experience in banking within the UAE is considered a strong advantage.
