About the Role:

Clerit Biz is looking for a proactive and client-focused Value Added Services (VAS) Executive to join our dynamic team in the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying, promoting, and selling a range of additional services that complement and enhance our clients’ business setup journey.

Key Responsibilities:

The VAS Executive will identify and sell various value-added services (e.g., office space, bank account, VAT, HR, legal, and branding) to clients, ensuring smooth delivery by collaborating with internal teams. They must maintain thorough knowledge of UAE trade license structures and achieve monthly sales targets while updating records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, promote, and sell value-added services (VAS) to clients (e.g., bank account opening, VAT, HR, legal support).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of all VAS offerings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of UAE trade license types, free zone and mainland structures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for VAS products and services.
  • Support business setup consultants with cross-selling and upselling company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a UAE business setup, PRO, or document clearance company.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government departments, free zones, and trade license procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
