Senior Accountant – Group Costing & Budgeting – Sharjah, UAE | Bespoke MC (CPA/CMA)

About the Role:

Bespoke MC is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with a strong focus on costing and budgeting to lead group-wide cost management and forecasting across multiple business lines (Manufacturing, Retail, F&B, Construction). This role suits someone who enjoys redesigning financial models and building automated reporting. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Accountant will design, implement, and maintain sophisticated costing methodologies (e.g., ABC, Zero-Based), create a unified budgeting framework with real-time variance tracking, develop predictive cost models, identify and remove intercompany inefficiencies to enhance group profitability, and automate reporting/dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated costing methodologies (e.g., ABC, Zero-Based, Activity-Based costing).
• Create and roll out a unified budgeting framework that includes real-time variance tracking and automated reconciliation.
• Develop predictive cost models and rolling forecasts to improve planning accuracy.
• Identify and remove intercompany inefficiencies to enhance group profitability.
• Automate budget vs. actual reporting and develop financial dashboards for management insight.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 4–7 years (costing & budgeting experience required), minimum of ~5 years’ hands-on experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including VBA, Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
• A proven track record of delivering meaningful cost savings and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across divisions to implement change.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
