About the Role:

Filtrona is seeking an experienced finance leader passionate about driving excellence in manufacturing finance and strategic control. Join our dynamic team as a Finance Controller in Dubai, where you will oversee financial strategy, IFRS compliance, and leadership across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

The Finance Controller will lead the finance team, oversee accurate accounting and IFRS reporting, manage annual budgeting and forecasting, act as a strategic business partner, handle treasury and working capital, manage intercompany transactions/transfer pricing, and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and local tax frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes.
• Act as a strategic business partner, offering insights and financial guidance to management.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital, insurance, and secretarial matters.
• Handle intercompany transactions, cost recharge mechanisms, and transfer pricing across regional entities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local tax frameworks.
• Lead risk management, internal audit coordination, and corporate governance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years (at least 10 years in manufacturing industry).
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional degree is mandatory.
• Strong track record in manufacturing finance, with deep knowledge of costing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Expertise in IFRS standards, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership abilities and hands-on experience in treasury, taxation, and financial operations.
