Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll handle order coordination, communication between clients and teams, and help maintain accurate shipment and inventory data to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations efficiently
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain shipment, delivery, and inventory records accurately
- Use logistics software to track operations and coordinate tasks
- Support issue resolution and ensure seamless customer service experience
Requirements:
