About the Role:
Champs Sports Club, a premier destination for health and fitness in Dubai, is hiring a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Executive for the Morning Shift. This role acts as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations and creating a professional, positive impression for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Executive will manage all client communications (in-person and digital), guide clients through membership options, handle inquiries promptly, ensure all service interactions meet premium standards, and proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

- Handle all client communications, ensuring prompt responses to questions and resolving concerns effectively.
- Manage front desk operations and guide clients through available membership options.
- Assist customers in understanding club programs, ongoing offers, and events.
- Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and fitness teams for smooth coordination.

- Experience: 3 Years in a relevant role is required.
- A dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Confident, approachable, and deeply customer-focused.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills for success in member engagement and support.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a customer-first attitude.
