General Accountant – Dubai Internet City, UAE | Arab Expo

About the Role:

Arab Expo is hiring an experienced General Accountant to join their finance team based in Dubai Internet City. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on accounting experience within the UAE and be ready to take responsibility for day-to-day financial operations and month-end routines.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience is required (UAE experience mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
• Experience preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, and managing Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and collaborate with other departments.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
