Senior Accountant – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Cinema City

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports to drive strategic decision-making.
• Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law and WPS requirements.
• Reconciliation Excellence: Perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.
• Transactional Oversight: Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including vendor reconciliations and credit control.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain complete, audit-ready financial records and ensure all documentation complies with local regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related queries from internal departments and management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in accounting and financial management specifically within the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (Data analysis, PIVOT, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles, internal financial controls, and local compliance regulations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and high-level organizational skills.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English; ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
