Accountant (F&B Industry) – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting for the restaurant group, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Inventory & COGS: Monitor food and beverage costs, track inventory levels, and analyze variances to maintain profitability.
• Payables & Receivables: Handle supplier invoices, coordinate payments, and manage cash flow reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily cash and credit card reconciliations across various restaurant outlets.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices adhere to UAE regulations and company financial policies.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and performance reports for management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Relevant educational background in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience working within the UAE, specifically in the F&B industry, is highly preferred.
• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner currently residing in the UAE.
• Schedule: Ability to work 5 days per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with 2 days off.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Mindset: Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently on-site.
