Accounting and Finance Manager / Controller | Dubai, UAE | Qeyada SA

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll functions.
• Strategic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and develop accurate financial forecasts to guide senior management.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure full regulatory compliance with UAE tax laws and coordinate with external auditors for annual financial reviews.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance metrics to provide strategic insights that support informed decision-making and operational growth.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional excellence.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in senior accounting or finance management roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of financial systems (ERP) and expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Compliance Mastery: Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and UAE corporate tax regulations.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse finance teams and communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
