🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain precise general ledger entries, journals, and comprehensive bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash movements and prepare weekly cash position and cash flow reports for management review.
• Ledger Oversight: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing and proactive payment follow-ups.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UAE VAT laws, including the accurate preparation and submission of FTA VAT returns.
• Period Closing: Assist in month-end activities such as managing accruals, prepayments, and detailed expense schedules.
• Internal Controls: Handle petty cash management and process employee expense reimbursements in line with internal company policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (UAE market experience is a distinct advantage).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting operations, specifically AP/AR workflows and financial reporting.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
